| Support Ticket System Added to Clan Designs |

| We have added a Support Ticketing system to the website. Hopefully this will help those who cannot be bothered to register and send us a PM when they have a problem with a theme! This will also help the 'You have not responded to my email' element who don't check their junk email boxes :/ The only way to now get support is to raise a Support Ticket. The PM system has been removed, and direct emails will no longer receive a reply. Remember to answer all ticket responses through the ticket system. |
